1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 7e77 platform (the "Platform"), accessing any part of the site, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or browser used to access it.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 7e77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your name, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Using false information, borrowed identities or details that belong to another person is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 7e77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. Verification is a standard process and is designed to protect your account. You will be asked to confirm that the payment account you use for withdrawals is registered in your own name — this is a security measure, not a barrier.

4 Deposits

All deposits on the 7e77 Platform are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 7e77 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are non-refundable once accepted and credited to your gaming balance, except as required by these terms or applicable law.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR via the same supported methods available for deposit. You may withdraw to any method that is registered in your own name — it does not have to be the same method used for your deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa: PKR 200. Raast and cards: PKR 500. Bank transfer: PKR 1,000.
• 7e77 charges no platform-side fee on withdrawals.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–10 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where account activity triggers a review.
• If bonus wagering requirements are attached to any portion of your balance, that portion remains non-withdrawable until the requirement is met. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your name. 7e77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 7e77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and ownership of the withdrawal account before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7e77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be played through before the bonus portion becomes withdrawable.
• Each game contributes to wagering requirements at a rate specified in the bonus terms. Slots typically contribute at the full rate; other game types may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being closed and any winnings derived from such activity being forfeited.

7 Fair Play and Game Rules

All games available on the 7e77 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing organisations. This ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by the Platform, previous results or any external factor.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on provider figures and are not adjusted by 7e77.
• Individual session results may vary significantly from long-term RTP figures. Short-term variance is a normal feature of games of chance.
• Game rules, paytables and feature explanations are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to understand a game's rules before placing real-money bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — such as a disconnection or server error — 7e77 will take reasonable steps to record and, where possible, resume the interrupted session or refund the affected bet. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7e77 Platform:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details or payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been played.
• Using automated software, bots or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors and failing to report them. Any winnings derived from a known error will be reversed.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

7e77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request from the account holder for self-exclusion or permanent closure under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at your request for reasons unrelated to a breach, your remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

10 Responsible Gaming
